    Welspun Living Limited (WLL), a leading global supplier of home textiles, has reached a significant milestone in sustainability by achieving a remarkable ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) score of 83 in the 2024 S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA). This achievement positions WLL as the highest-ranked textile manufacturing company from India in the Textile, Apparel & Luxury Goods category. Globally, the company now ranks 4th in the same category. The new score reflects a notable 26% improvement from WLL’s 2023 ESG score of 66, underscoring its commitment to sustainable business practices and responsible growth.

    The company excelled across all three pillars of the assessment: Governance & Economic (79), Environmental (85), and Social (84). This success highlights WLL’s ongoing efforts in sustainable manufacturing, ethical sourcing, and environmental stewardship. With a strong focus on innovation, transparency, and circular economy principles, WLL continues to embed sustainability at the heart of its operations.

    Welspun Living’s ESG performance surpasses industry averages in every dimension. In the Environmental category, the company scored 85 (industry mean: 34; highest: 96); in Social, it achieved 84 (mean: 34; highest: 91); and in Governance & Economic, it earned 79 (mean: 38; highest: 88). These exceptional results affirm WLL’s leadership in sustainability and industry excellence.
